Cancellation & Refund Policy

By you (the participant):

• All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a session, notice of cancellation must be provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at Breathing Room's discretion.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend, will result in the forfeiture of the session without refund or rescheduling.

• Your attendance at a session constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

By us:

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to illness, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
